Ocean Reef Resort

The pool and hot tub’s were my families favorite part of the trip!

We loved just about everything! We loved that there were options for the kids and enough hot tubs that we never had an issue getting in. We loved that there was almost always someone around if we needed something. I’ve never realized how nice it is to have access to a towel hut. Our cleaning lady was very nice.

There were a lot of complaints that i read about cleanliness and the elevators. First there are 16 floors, it’s gonna take a hot second for an elevator. Second, cleanliness…there was always maintenance and cleaning service on every floor. Came to our room daily with new towels, always cleaning up water on floors from the pool area. Security on staff, cameras. I can say we’ve been going to Myrtle beach for a few years and this was by far my fav resort!!!! The staff always greeted you with a good morning or a have a good night. The bar tenders were amazing, especially with my small chiller when asking for a mocktail.

Nice location. Larger than expected refrigerator In room, great water pressure in shower, pillows were comfortable, several nice hot tubs to choose from. Staff was polite.
