Ocean Reef Resort

For a two night stay (a Monday and Tuesday), it was perfect! I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Very nice lobby, friendly staff. We stayed on the 6th floor - Room 613. Great view. Clean towels delivered without having to request them. Shower had great water pressure. The beds were SO comfy - I could’ve slept forever! Very nice pools, weren’t too crowded at all, and they’re open 9am-11pm.

Beautiful ocean views and great proximity to our favorite attractions and restaurants.

I liked the view of the ocean and the quietness of the hotel. The staff was polite and friendly. Liked that it offered hot tubs but couldn't never use it. Was always filled with people. Walking the beach was the best part of the location.

When you walk in, it smelt like paradise . The resort had this wonderful smell the whole time we were there.. There where a few problems like a few eyes on the stove didn't work and the master bedroom toilet either, but the staff had maintenance fix it the next day. AND we were a family of 8 with only 2 rolls of toilet paper in a 2 bathroom suite, but luckily the next morning housekeeping gave us one roll. The veiw was so breathtaking and relaxing. The kids loved the pool and the on-site restaurant . MY husband and I enjoyed the bar ..The staff were super attentive. We will definitely book again

The room was nice. Comfortable beds and window view was great. I also liked the manager that was kind enough to open my door for me after my key did not work. He looked like he was done for the day, ready to go home but he took time to listen and fix my problem. He went right back up the elevator with me without complaint. I wish I could remember his name but here's a discription: white dude, stocky build, about 5'10" or taller.
