We loved just about everything! We loved that there were options for the kids and enough hot tubs that we never had an issue getting in. We loved that there was almost always someone around if we needed something. I’ve never realized how nice it is to have access to a towel hut. Our cleaning lady was very nice.

The only issue I has was the beds were advertised as two queen size beds when they are full size beds. I ice machine on our floor didn't work and the drink machine took money but didn't dispense any drink.

Love my beach front room. Enjoyed having my coffee watching the ocean every day.

The room was nice. Comfortable beds and window view was great. I also liked the manager that was kind enough to open my door for me after my key did not work. He looked like he was done for the day, ready to go home but he took time to listen and fix my problem. He went right back up the elevator with me without complaint. I wish I could remember his name but here's a discription: white dude, stocky build, about 5'10" or taller.

Overall the resort was nice and big with plenty of activities for the kids. Especially if the weather is nice!

The hotel staff from checking in to the bar staff are all very nice and professional even during the off season (when we stayed). They have multiple pools and hot tubs that are extremely nice, clean and well managed. The hotel breakfast was by far one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had complete with a omelette bar! The room was very clean and we received fresh towels everyday. The only issue we had with cleanliness was the dresser drawers, they had some weird smell and stains in them and it made my clothes smell kinda musky. Other than that everything was amazing, location is right on the beach, never once did I hear anyone on the floors above, below or around me during my stay while sleeping or in the room. I would very highly recommend this hotel! Will definitely be back!

You had a great breakfast facility you had a great game room you had a great swimming area everything inside the faculty was really beautiful and great just need to fix a couple things that was in our room like the sink stop over did not work it's two eye stones on the front did not work the washer the dishwasher did not work faucet handle on door sink was loose in a sliding glass door was unbearable to try to open to go out to sit on the balcony other than that everything was beautiful

The location was excellent and right on the beach! The space was perfect for a family of three. The views from the balconies were great! We were able to watch the sunrise, and the moon rise when it was a full moon. Fantastic!!

We LOVED the location and amenities. It was nice being in a safer neighborhood but still close to all of the attractions being a short drive away. The beach access was wonderful, and there was plenty of room to enjoy the pool area with having indoor and outdoor options. We didn't have kids with us but loved the options for the kids in the pool area. And it was nice having the option of the Restaurant and bar area. As well as an arcade and gift shop. YI, there is a card that you have to purchase for most all of the games. There are only a few with quarters for payments (we got a bunch of quarters and then realized the games we wanted to play didn't take quarters). The card machine takes paper money or a bank card. Starbucks was a short walk to the hotel next door and a few local restaurants within walking distance but nice and quiet due to being in a more residential area. We had a Jr King Suite and having a washer and dryer made a huge difference with convenience. It was a really nice place, not fancy, could use a few updates but had everything we needed.
